Byblos Constructions delivered a new modular crib room and ablution facility at the Gudai‑Darri In‑Pit Operations, improving amenities within an active mine environment.The project included new wastewater infrastructure, refurbishment of existing facilities, and full integration of all building and services works.
Scope of Works
- Design, supply and installation of a new 50-person modular crib room with integrated ablutions.
- Construction of septic wastewater infrastructure and associated services.
- Refurbishment and repurposing of the existing crib-room for training and tele-remote operations.
- Full delivery and commissioning of civil, structural, electrical, communications, fire, mechanical and hydraulic services within an active mine site.

- Delivering construction works with an active in-pit mining environment without disrupting operations.
- Coordinating complex modular installation and service tie-ins across multiple disciplines.
- Ensuring full compliance with Rio Tinto, NCC and safety standards for occupied facilities.
