Project Overview
Byblos Constructions was engaged to deliver a major refurbishment of the Rocklea Palms Central Facilities, targeting critical operational infrastructure within an active village environment.
The project focused on upgrading essential areas including the kitchen, coolrooms and wet areas, as well as improving overall building functionality, compliance, and long-term performance. Works were undertaken within a live operating facility, requiring careful planning and coordination to minimise disruption to village operations.

- Full internal and external refurbishment of central facilities
- Refurbishment of kitchen, coolrooms and wet areas
- Removal and safe disposal of asbestos-containing materials
