TPPS Fire Damaged Classrooms
In 2020, we were commissioned by the Department of Education to undertake a critical project involving the complete reconstruction of fire-damaged classrooms at TPPS. This comprehensive project required a meticulous approach to restore the affected areas to their original state, ensuring they were safe and conducive to learning.
The scope of the reconstruction work was extensive, starting with the structural aspects of the damaged classrooms. This included the installation of new brickwork and steel joists for the first floor, ensuring the structural integrity of the building was restored. Additionally, new wall framing and cladding were implemented, alongside the installation of new flooring and finishings to refresh the space entirely.
Beyond the structural and aesthetic refurbishments, the project also encompassed a full overhaul of the classrooms’ essential services. This included complete communications systems, plumbing, mechanical systems, and electrical installations. Each aspect of the project was carefully managed to meet the specific requirements of a modern educational facility, ensuring a high standard of safety, functionality, and comfort for students and staff alike.
The completion of this project not only restored the fire-damaged classrooms at TPPS but also provided an opportunity to enhance these learning environments with updated materials and systems. This initiative reflects our commitment to delivering high-quality reconstruction services that address our clients’ needs and exceed their expectations.
