Rocklea Palms Central Facilities
Between June 2021 and March 2022, our firm was engaged by Sodexo and Rio Tinto to undertake a significant refurbishment at Rocklea Palms’ central facilities in Paraburdoo, with a project value of $5 million.
Hope Downs 1 – Central Facilities Refurbishment
Byblos Constructions completed the Hope Downs 1 refurbishment project, significantly improving the site’s operational and dining facilities. This project involved constructing new dining and crib room extensions, adding footpaths and landscaping, and installing new cool room structures. We also refurbished the kitchen, back-of-house areas, servery, dining room, and crib wash entry according to the project plans. This work included replacing kitchen equipment to modernise the facilities.
Bina Bina Crib Facility
Byblos Constructions completed the Bina Bina Office expansion project while adhering to RTIO standards, Electrical Licensing Regulations 1991, and AS 3000-ELR 1991. The work ranged from installing a temporary 30 kVa generator for the communications rack, moving a 12m x 6m hire facility from Bina Bina to JSE, to demolishing old buildings and replacing a leach drain with a 5600L Biomax system.
